Donate in Memory

A wonderful way to remember someone with a passion for Shakespeare

There are many options for making a donation to honour a friend or loved one.

One of the most popular ideas is to place a leaf with a personal dedication on the Greenwood Tree at Shakespeare's New Place.

Or you may wish to acquire or conserve a book, painting, document or something else in the Collection. The chosen item will be labelled in the catalogue and in any displays with a tribute to the person you wish to remember.

With a larger donation, it may also be possible to name something after your loved one, perhaps a scholarship, a room, or a garden border, depending on their interests.

These tributes are of course very personal and should reflect the person being remembered. We would be very happy to discuss ideas with you to help you find the perfect way to remember your friend or loved one - please just contact the Development Office via the link below.
