Little Cures - Dan Stirling

Meet the artist Dan Stirling whose work forms part of our Little Cures exhibition

Dan Stirling is a fine artist working in a figurative style. He lives and works in Gloucestershire.

Dan is fascinated by the technical abilities of the classical Renaissance artists. Their fusion of skill and composition has inspired him to experiment with oil paint, pencil and pen in turn.

This exhibition features examples of his drawings. These captivate the viewer, not only with detail, but also with surreal, emotional concepts made believable by a sense of realism.

Using various techniques to create painstakingly precise detail, his drawings and paintings can take many months to complete.
