Getting to Know Shakespeare

An online course produced by the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust

Getting to Know Shakespeare was a free on-line course produced by the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust in conjunction with Misfit, Inc. and sponsored by The Arden Shakespeare. This project used video and audio content to give a taste of different approaches to Shakespeare by featuring special guest speakers and important locations in the world of Shakespeare theatre and scholarship. We aimed to help people who were just starting out and wanting to learn more about the greatest English writer, whether they were tourists, teachers, or students.
