Conservation Talks

at Anne Hathaway’s Cottage

See conservation work in action at Anne Hathaway’s Cottage this winter.

This winter, our conservation team is carrying out work at Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, the Grade I listed farmhouse where Shakespeare’s wife grew up.

Join one of our volunteers for a 30-minute talk exploring the work taking place, the specialist techniques our in-house experts are using, and why caring for a building of this age matters.

Talk details

Talks take place daily at 11am starting on 1 November, subject to volunteer availability. There’s no need to book; just ask at reception when you arrive to check the day’s talk is going ahead.

The talk is included in your admission to Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, so you’ll need a valid ticket. CV37 residents go free with proof of address.

Please note the talk takes place outside in all weathers.
