This week in the gardens

Join us in the gardens of Anne Hathaway's Cottage

Now is the time for cutting hedges as this year’s chick have flown their nests.

A sandy path leads away, and divides with a smaller plant disappearing to the left. The path is bordered by a grass verge with yellow bedding plants on the left and tall flowering hedges on both sides. Low shrubs fill the gap where the paths divide,

We’re also busy dead-heading the early summer flowers in Anne Hathaway’s Cottage garden, making room for the later flowering plants. The sweet peas alone take over 400 hours per year to prepare and maintain, so we’re very grateful for the help of our wonderful volunteers!
