Poetry Celebration: Nature and the Environment
An online celebration of poetry in place of this year's Stratford-upon-Avon Poetry Festival, featuring new poetry from Trudy Howson and Liz Berry
Nature has long been a source of inspiration for art in all its forms. Poetry can invite us to seek refuge in the soothing balm that nature offers during troubling times, or be a powerful force for inciting change as environmental concerns come to the forefront. It can hold up a reflection of our inner natures, or invite us to look outside of ourselves to gain a new understanding of the world around us.
We invited you to share your poems with us, and we're delighted to share new works by Trudy Howson and Liz Berry.
