Exploring Early Language and Literacy Through Magical Stories

Ignite a lifelong love of reading with our immersive Early Years workshops, where children explore A Midsummer Night’s Dream or The Tempest through storytelling, interactive play, and sensory activities. Whether onsite at Mary Arden’s Farm or delivered in your setting, these sessions offer a language-rich environment, providing opportunities to use and embed new words while enriching and widening vocabulary. Children will engage in back-and-forth interactions that support imagination and creativity, and develop their artistic and cultural awareness. Through exploration, play, and role-playing, young learners build strong language skills and enjoy a dynamic, fun-filled experience.

Explore:
Journey into Shakespeare’s magical worlds, discovering enchanting characters and vibrant stories.

Engage in back-and-forth interactions to explore new vocabulary and language structures.

Foster creativity with sensory props and role play, building a rich range of vocabulary.

Duration: 10am till 2pm
Price: £300 (based on 30 children)

In your setting:
Duration: 1.5 hours
Price*: £185 per workshop (approx. 30 children), £150 per additional workshops

*Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, teaching time, preparatory work and travel expenses to and from your venue. We reserve the right to increase the cost if extensive travel is required. Any additional costs will be discussed with you in advance and before booking is confirmed.
