'Truth hath a quiet breast' Exhibition

An exhibition by Eve Parnell

Escape the hustle and bustle of town and visit the lovely oasis of our cafe at Hall's Croft where you can enjoy a coffee and cake or a light lunch whilst admiring a new exhibition by Eve Parnell.

Eve Parnell's exhibition, 'Truth hath a quiet breast' (Richard II Act I Sc III), is a series of drawings inspired by Hall's Croft and Shakespeare.

"Eve Parnell has established an international career as a resourceful and highly accomplished draughtswoman. Parnell's technique requires enormous skill and confidence, her drawings possess a fluidity that suggests the lightness and immateriality of thought. The fragility of Parnell's materials, and the graceful assurance of her drawing style combine to create work of remarkable subtlety."  Anne Stewart, Curator of Fine Art, National Museums Northern Ireland.
Eve has also been selected to exhibit at the Royal Academy Summer Show this summer.
