The Power of Words

With The Very Reverend John Whitcombe - Dean of Coventry Cathedral

How the story of Coventry Cathedral inspires peace

When the crowds have left and our beautiful buildings are quiet, we invite you to try something different. Sample a wide range of specially programmed talks and workshops, from photography to calligraphy, historical fashion to how stories inspire peace.

As part of our peace and reconciliation programme The Very Reverend John Whitcombe, Dean of Coventry Cathedral talks about how the moving story of Coventry Cathedral has helped shape communities locally and across the world, encouraging them in healing the wounds of history; learning to live with difference and celebrating diversity; building a culture of peace.

Tickets: £10 / £8 Friends of the Trust  / RSC Members and are available to book online, at our ticket offices at any of Shakespeare's Family Homes, or call 01789 201806.

This event is at The Shakespeare Centre, Henley Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6QW.
