Giving Birth to the Tudors

We are talking all things birth with Lesley Smith

To celebrate the month William Shakespeare was born we are welcoming Lesley Smith back for another After Hours talk about all things birth during the Tudor period. We invite Lesley to enlighten you on all the weird and wonderful advice doctors would give, the medicine they would 'prescribe' and the tools that were used to help women give birth – Tudor style! 

Not for the faint hearted, this talk will get you wincing and cringing! 

Booking is essential as spaces are limited.
