Community Board

Look out for the changing displays from our local community groups

As part of our Heritage Lottery Funded project to re-imagine Shakespeare’s New Place, our Community Board supports local communities and highlights the impact they have on residents of Stratford-upon-Avon.

The Community Board at Shakespeare's New Place provides space for groups to display existing material, or to pull together information, photographs and other things to highlight the group’s activities. Groups are encouraged to draw comparisons to Shakespeare, his home and the local area.

The board also shares a snapshot of the wealth of activities available in our local community in Stratford-upon-Avon with our visitors; from this country and around the world!

The involvement of local groups is integral to the programme of activities at Shakespeare’s New Place. We encourage users of our Community Board to go even further and perhaps give demonstrations or talks as a way to further highlight their activities and encourage people to try something new!

Find out a little more about the project and download the Partner Pack and get in touch today.
