New for 2019

Come and see what's new down on the farm in 2019

Peasant Hovel

Peasant Hovel

Discover the new Peasant's Hovel in the woodland at the Farm. See how an agricultural labourer and his family would have lived. Its name may not suggest it, but this hovel would have provided quite a comfortable home life for rural working families. Measuring 12ft x 8ft with shuttered windows, a platform or 'shelf' above the door would have provided a sleeping area or extra storage.

Adventure Playground

Adventure playground

Come and try the impressive new slide in our children's adventure playground. The kids will love the new wide slide and being able to climb and stretch their legs. The adventure playground is a great place for kids to let off steam and have some fun with their friends.

Mary Arden's Farm

Viewing Tower

We have 23-acres of land at our working Tudor farm, including woodlands and a meadow. Explore further afield and climb our NEW viewing tower.  Spot different wild flower species in the meadow, a great view of the farm and the nearby canal.
