Ways to Give

Become an American Friend of the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust and make a tax-deductible donation in USD today

We receive no regular public or government funding, and are only able to maintain the unique homes and collections in our care, and to enable many more people to discover a deeper understanding and appreciation of William Shakespeare thanks to the generosity of our supporters. Thank you!

Become an SBA Friend

The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust has run a Friends membership programme for over sixty years and is proud to extend those membership benefits to American members of the SBA Friends programme.

As an SBA Friend, you can decide which level is the most appropriate for your interests, and enjoy such perks as free entry into the five Shakespeare family homes in Stratford-upon-Avon, discounts on books and gifts from the award winning Shakespeare Bookshop and the bespoke giftshops found at each of the Shakespeare family homes, and advance ticket purchases to VIP talks with leading Shakespeare scholars, book launches and private behind the scenes events at the Shakespeare Centre on Henley Street.

For SBA Friends who do not come to Stratford-upon-Avon, we also run a series of members only webinars and Q&A sessions throughout the year which you will have a log-in to be able to access from the comfort of your home.

To find out more and sign up to become one of our treasured and much appreciated SBA Friends, please look at the SBA end of year newsletter for sign up information.
