Forest Schools at Anne Hathaway’s Cottage

The beautiful woodland at Anne Hathaway's Cottage provides the perfect setting for Forest School projects. There are two Forest School sites within the woodland, both frequently used by local schools. Children of all ages are encouraged to explore and experience the natural surroundings of the woods, developing skills and building confidence in an inspirational, outdoor learning environment.

The Forest School provision offered by the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust includes access to a well maintained and safe environment. Schools are required to bring their own Forest School practitioners and facilitate their own learning but we can help to suggest activities and assist with risk assessments.
