David and Ali Troughton
From the hundreds of poems submitted as part of our annual poetry competition, we have made a special selection to be read by David and Ali Troughton. This year's themes are Diamond and Mount Everest (conquered in the same year as our festival started).
Join us to appreciate the talent of our young people and look out for winning poems displayed on the railings of Shakespeare's Birthplace.
Venue: Queen Elizabeth Hall, The Shakespeare Centre, Henley Street. 6.00pm.
Tickets: £4.00 (free for families of participants). Bar available.

Concessions: 10% discounts for Friends of the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust. £2.00 off full ticket price for under 18s, students and registered unemployed (proof of eligibility required on the door. Half price student tickets are available on the door prior to the performance).
