Celebrate the life and legacy of Stratford's most famous son.

Shakespeare's Birthplace
Celebrations include a spectacular procession of international dignitaries, musicians, dancers, community groups, school children and the public through the town to lay flowers on Shakespeare's grave at Holy Trinity Church.
Free public entertainment in the streets and parks including wandering musicians, Shakespearian performances, international artists, stage craft workshops and children's parties. Visit the Shakespeare Houses for a slice of birthday cake and to sign a giant card.
In the evening, Stratford's theatres and concert halls will feature special Shakespearian productions and dedications.
Sunday will see the traditional Shakespeare service at Holy Trinity Church and the now popular Shakespeare half marathon.
