When you arrive please ensure that you have your booking confirmation with you, and the correct payment if you have not paid in advance. Cheques should be made payable (in sterling) to the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust.
If your groups is large you may be asked to divide into several smaller groups, for the comfort and safety of all concerned.
If your group's first language is not English please let the guides know whether you would like to translate for your group, or whether you would prefer your group to listen in English untranslated.
Groups should not use their own guides except for the reason specified above.
Your visit to the Shakespeare Houses and Gardens is not on an exclusive basis, so please ensure that your group maintains a respect for the peace and quiet of other visitors.
Your school group must have a minimum ratio of one adult to every ten children.
