Apple Days

27-28 Sep 14

Our longest running event and one of the highlights of the Farm's calendar.

No rotten apples here, just a host of fun, apple themed games and cooking displays for the whole family! Toast the English apple at our cider and apple juice bar and help us to celebrate the end of the harvest.

Michaelmas marks the end of the fishing season and the beginning of the hunting season. It was the time to pick apples and make cider and was one of the 'quarter days' when the Tudors would settle rents and accounts.

Celebrate the Tudor apple harvest and learn about the English apple with us!

Normal admission applies, so if you're already a valid ticket holder you can come and join in for free!
