A list of Shakespeare's plays that are generally accepted as fitting into the genre of Comedy can be found below along with the dates of composition as stated in The Oxford Shakespeare: The Complete Works.  Shakespeare's play, Love's Labour's Won (1595-6) is also classed as a comedy but has since been lost.

Twelfth Night, or What You Will - 1601
All's Well That Ends Well - 1606-7
Measure For Measure - 1603-4 adapted 1621
Much Ado About Nothing - 1598-9

The list of comedies as they appear in the First Folio of 1623 is shown below.  There are more play in this list than the one above because The Tempest and The Winter's Tale are not generally considered as Tragicomedies, Romances or Late Plays, along with Pericles which did not appear in teh First Folio, and Cymbeline, classed as a tragedy in the First Folio.
