Visitor Welcome Assistant, Hall’s Croft, permanent contract

The Trust is looking for a Visitor Welcome Assistant to join the team at Hall’s Croft. You will help deliver an exceptional visitor experience from the moment of arrival; by providing a warm welcome, taking and selling passes and Guide books, carrying out talks throughout the house, and also contribute to activities and events.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a heritage visitor attraction. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team or on your own. You should have an interest in William Shakespeare, how the Hall’s Croft fits into the story of Shakespeare’s life, times and works and be confident in talking to the public.
