Retail and Reception Assistant

Anne Hathaway’s Cottage – part-time permanent contract

The Trust is looking to recruit a part-time Retail and Reception Assistant to work an average of 10 hours per week at Anne Hathaway’s Cottage and Gardens.  Reporting to the Retail and Reception Manager and working closely with the Retail and Reception Team Leaders, you will deliver a world class welcome for all visitors and contribute towards achieving financial targets.

To be successful in this role you should have retail or sales experience, be used to operating a computerised retail system and handling cash.  You should have excellent customer service skills, be able to up sell products and ticket options, and deal with customer complains in an appropriate way.  You must be able to work weekends as the shift pattern does include working every Saturday and Sunday.
